Running anti-virus scanning during games will cause LAG and having too many programs at once will cause LAG. I need to know what your OS platform is, I think I can help you fix the korean problem. Post specs too ^_^

If you're running a virus scanner while doing anything else, you're gonna lag bad. That uses a lot of processor power. Not to suggest a nubbish, easy solution to insult you, but is there a lot of processes running on startup?
