Help? website.....

okay, on a whim i decided to create my own website. unfortunately, i'm completely html illiterate, i only know vB mainly. i don't go in for coding, much. don't know why. anyway, i wanted to get a nice background, maybe some pictures for my site. or just some handy advice. whatever you have......oh, and i'm already using a program that does the html for me (thank god...hey, guess what? my site has one picture on it! and it says "my homepage!" cool, huh?! sure....) so pretty much, just post any advice or pictures. i don't want any lewd pics, i'll just ignore those. no farmergirl butts, please....... and i already have a picture of lisa simpson, one of professor frink, and yet another of the linux penguin. oh, and i took a screenie, from the end of the monkey island 4 demo.....the 4 monkies in the 4 corners of a square, dancing. you know? so i use those as links now.....heh.

I would love to help you... if I had more time on my hands. I can't even keep StarGhost.com updated as often as I'd like...

Anyway, I can help you out with some tech questions or if you're really stuck, I can probably take some time to help out. First you're gonna have to tell me what server you have your site on, and what it's going to become (ie. Simpson's Shrine, etc). Also, if you're using a crappy HTML editor, I could suggest some other software you can download and use free...

no, no, i'm using geocities, which comes with an editor thatis none too bad. although, that simpson's shrine idea is good.....

Get Adobe Photoshop Elements or get Adobe Photoshop 7.0, if you need to know where to get it for cheap, or for free, message me. I mayb able to do something fo ya if you dont want to go through the trouble of gettin the program.
