i gat some spambot.exe on comp and i cant delete it

1) wtf is
2) how do i get it off
3)damm norton
4 for newbs) dont use norton

plz help me!!!!!!!!!1

press CTRL - ALT - Del and close spambot.exe if its there .... then delet it.....
