Help please

when i try to get online it SOMETIMES says that port 6112 isnt open or my fire is blocking it and it cant get on but then at other times it doesnt do anything but get online.i have turned my firewall off before but it doesnt make the message go away

if in problems like that the first thing i do is goto the blizzard surport fourms on the blizzard site. post your prob n ull get a anser in about 5 mins
