Help on Memory Usage

Well, my memory usage is a little bit high, and I was wondering if you could help me lower it, by suggesting what I can stop in the processes menu.

I'm not sure what you need in there, but wkcalrem.exe and mspmspsv.exe are Microsoft Works related and you can terminate them.
