Help No Portal!

i have everything right and it says no portal detected...DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHY!!!!!

please help me if you can. It does it in everygame it tries to make.

i think it depends on lag. It Happens to me sometimes.

You have to speak to Anya to have the quest and red portal activated, and if you have, then you killed Nihlathak. If you have killed Nihlathak, unless I'm wrong, you are SOL. If I am wrong, how can you run it without the red portal?
