Hey..I just got this game and I noticed there are alot of games with the word dota and arem...what do they stand for? And also, what's with orbs? I don't get it. Does East or West have more players? I also noticed apem...and some games have numbers like 6.38.

DotA means Defense of the Ancients. It's an AoS (Aeon of Strife) where you combat other enemies in lane combat.
AREM and APEM are rule configurations that are used in Dota.
AP means all players can pick any hero, regardless of faction
AR means all players get a random hero, regardless of faction
EM is easy mode. Towers do less damage, and you get more money and experience from slain creeps.
6.38 is the version of the DotA being played.
Not sure about the USEast or West.
