you must've switched accounts too much or something i think its IP BAN

reset your modem GG FIX..

Yeah its temp or perm IP BAN depending at what u did.. If u got caught hacking.. ur Probaly Perm .. if switch accounts or make/leave game too fast.. or just spam text.. then its Temp IP BAn

that happens to me when they work on the cable...it also just happens randomly but it usually goes away in 30 minutes or so.

or you can just manualy change ur ip address... it isn't hard at all.
