Help Me Someone Please!!!

I've been attempting to join any open bnet game now for... lemme see.... 2 hours and 17 minutes and "Failed To Join Game" every time. I am about ready to snap all the d2 disc's and write a personal complaint to Blizzard for making such a &!@#ty game. Does anyone know what in the hell I can do because I've about had it.

uh maybe u were botting and u got temp ip ban or ur switching char too fast that happens all the time

Maybe 2nd option cause I've never botted in my life, and this happening on open bnet BTW.
