HELP ME PLEASE?!

Hey..I downloaded d2hackit and lots of other hacks/mods or whatever. I can't seem to start it up however. I click on the exe file, and nothing happens. Anybody have any suggestions? Am I supposed to move some files from 1 place to another? I looked everywhere for a read-me , but I couldnt find one. Please help ASAP!!
