Erm, what do you mean?

If you mean walk up to attack, double-click the creep and set Target Acquiration Range to zero.

Or maybe you mean make creeps move, which you can do with a trigger Unit - Move targeting a point.

But then again, as x42 implied, your question is hard to answer since it is incomprehensible.
