Help me insert pictures in posts

I cant do it. i read a previous thread about help but i dont want to thread bump so heres a new thread. Also the link in the thread was phtobucket.com and at teh site they say they are having problems so i cant make an account to host images so i can post them, are there any other ways to insert images?

Imageshack sucks, really. Its not user friendly at all!
Photobucket is very nice. Well, it has its downs and ups.
