Help Making a character

Can anyone help me make a sorceress, its been since 1.09 since I've made anything and have no idea whats good and whats not. Any help would be great.

20 bliz
20 mastery
20 ice blast
1 frozen armor
1 teleport
that should get you started

btw dont waste any points in frozen orb its not near as useful as in 1.09

dont put ne points into ice armors because there just a waste of time/mana/and skills

5 warmth
after that just start maxin orb and u should be done with everything except orb ~lvl 80-82

i have an mf blizz sorc that does about 5k dmg with over 500 mf
i have 1 point in warmth, 1 point in each armor which was a waste of 2 skills cause you only need the first one (good for def bonus and freezes when hit by melee)
i think its a better use to put points into blizz's synergies instead of using orb since it will never get near the power of blizz due to lack of synergies and damage to start with

I have one and I dont use any of the armors.
I think its waste of points.
then I put some points into lightning skills to kill imunes.
(I did first put points into ligthning skills after i maxed Blizzard and its synergies.)

it costs 1 point to get frozen armor, which gives you like a 50% bonus to defense and freezes enemies that hit you

Yea. But i dont get hit by melee. (I only use mine for mephisto)
so its waste of 1 point for me. and maby waste of 1 point for him.

if your planning to make a meph runner i can give you a guide that will pwn instantly, thats not too expensive
