The server threw an exception at you? Hopefully you retaliated with a wild haymaker, followed by a couple quick jabs to the stomach, and a final uppercut to the family jewels. Those bastards never learn, do they?
Next time you start up Kazaa, hit the 'Print Screen' or 'Prnt Scrn' button on your keyboard. Then go into 'Paint' or some graphical editing program, and hit Ctrl+V. That will paste an image of your screen into the program. Save the file, and post it up here on the forums, or e-mail it to
coRtALoS@StarGhost.com and I'll check it out.
Without any other information it's pretty hard to assess what the problem is. Also if you could answer these questions, it would help us try to figure out the problem...
Did your computer originally come with Windows XP?
How old it is?
What is your internal clock speed?
What make and model is your computer/laptop? (Dell, Compaq, etc.)
Do you visit any questionable websites (sites with cracks, hacks, and programs that let you infect other people's systems with trojans, backdoors, etc)?
What is the location you're trying to install to (example: C:\Program Files\Kazaa)?
Did you do anything else out of the ordinary when you installed it?
What do you typically download on Kazaa?
Do you have a virus scanner?
If yes, what type?
Do you have a firewall?
What type?
