Help, I cant make games

Help! I've finally got fed up with not being able to make games in Warcraft III. I'm using a linksys modem and i'm sure it's what is stopping me from creating games. I try to go to the site i'm supposed to for my comp (http://192.168.1.1) and do what i'm supposed to on the site (leave user name blank and enter the pass admin) but it just refuses me and tells me i'm not authorized. plz help!

b/c ur dad probly change the password... and yes it is the router that wont let u make games... unless u got a firewall or something...

ask your dad if he changed the log in info and if he did ask him to set it up so you can fix your router problem. That our try the good ole admin/1234 password.

I've seen a lot of people with this problem. They can't host games because of stupid firewalls (damn you firewalls!). Unfortunately, there really isn't much you can do, except maybe getting rid of the firewall.

Off topic: Shouldn't this be in WarIII forum or Tech Support?

ask your dad for the pass to the router if he changed it... if not... type in: admin/ admin for the username / pass and if you can get in, forward the necessary ports that wc3 uses.

if it's a firewall, u can easily disable... atleast that solves my problem, it doesn't take a genius

Yo yo, i have the same problem with my router. The model is a D-Link DSL router and it was working fine untill a couple of months ago. I was using DMZ host and i was fine. Untill my friend came round and we were on LAN, and we were both on battle.net but he couldnt connect to the internet through my computer. So i went to my "Internet Options" under "Controll Pannel" and i changed something by accident. The problem is i have no idea what. And what ever i changed is preventing people from joining my games (they can see them). Could some one please! help me.
