Help i cant connect to battlenet

I just got to college and have been having some problems getting onto frozen throne. Everything else internet-wise on my computer works fine. I can play starcraft on battle.net. I have the 1.16 patch and have tried reinstalling and everything. The error comes up right when I click the battle.net button and it doesnt even try to log on it jsut says "unable to connect to battle.net ... you mayve trying to conect ot an invalid server..." I have tried selecting different gateways but still always get the same error. I just dont get it.

warcraft 3 The Frozen Throne is blocked by a firewall or is behind the windows firewall.

turn of the windows firewall.

set all other firewalls to allow warcraft 3 The Frozen throne to access the internet.
