Can someone please post versions of the Helm's Deep map? I want to compare them to mine, but I can't go on b.net right now so I can't download them. Thanks.

Either one. I used an unlocked version of some map to make my own, which is (I think) better then Lotr-Haldir's v. final. So I just wanna look at others, because frankly, the version I used by some bloke was pretty bad. He had all these units that weren't in line with continuity (ie. Hanglider Orcs, and the kicker Gandalf's Buttbuddy ROFL). So either one. Also, I'm posting my map up. I can't host multiplayer games, and havn't been able to do so for a long time. I'm sure it has something to do with my firewall, but I can't figure it out. So I'm posting it, and if anyone can please try it out on b.net, and give me some feedback on this thread, it would be much appreciated. Hehe I didn't know what to call it, so I just called it v. Dave .

Actually the best one is Helms Deep 4.0. It even has sound effects. Let me see if I have it.

Half these helm's deep maps are inaccurate.

Haldir for example, the tower (great hall) is in the middle of Helms when its supposed to be on the left side of the tower (on the mountain view) and the front gate is also on the left side wherre the ramp is not in the center

I have a gay version of the map where all heroes did 9999 dmg, but that version got deleted a while back.

Well map limitations (it's a good map size in the first place I think), won't allow for the accuracy. The keep needs to be put somewhere. Peeps I already posted the map. I can't host on multiplayer due to firewall issues which are being resolved, so I need you guys to go use it on b.net, and then give me user feedback in this forum. The file is at the top, at my second or third post if I believe. It's just a long post with the file at the end. Don't be shy now;just click the button .

And also, I think people are just waiting for RotK to come out before making Minas Tirith maps, simply because they do not know too much about how it's gonna look, although we do see glimpses in the preview and in FotR, but they wanna see how it all happens and get impressions before making it. At least, that's what I think.So download my map God Damnit!Post anything that is dumb/stupid/needs to be fixed, and I will try and post new versions as they come.
