i might be able to program something that charsie will buy back the runes and keep the rune word in the weapon.
It would not say Ith it would just say the runeword you originally made then u can add ed jewels or something
Who knows its all a possibility

the reason it says ith is becuz the runes are gone, a runeword id unidentifiable by the game without the runes, and its impossoble to have charsi do that anyway, patched long ago

they arent making them, they are duping them, people have clean ones(6 open sockets) saved up and they got dupe methods and stuff to make more...as for zephyr bows....them are beyond me, i have no idea how them were made
