Having touble with creating items in Item Editor please help?

I recently downloaded the D2X Item Editor BETA v1.01. from www.mewgood.com . When i create items and then import them into my character, down the bottom of the item it says "Error.Terminator not found" and then when i start a game it says "Error. Bad Dead Bodies". Can anyone help me with creating my items properly?

Don't download anything from mewgood as it is trojan'd/old/outdated.
