Normally when trading for Annihilus because its worth alot people tell u to drop ur item first(okay so far so good) but the second it hits the ground they somehow teleport across town and steal ur item... either some sort of lag hack or something because they would be like acrossed a bridge in act 3 or something but they can somehow either move without there char moving(lag hack) or can teleport inside of town without using teleport(they dont cast anything) if someone knows what this is or how to do it would be better lol... need my tals ammy back.. lol...

Were did they have you stand? cause you can tele from right outside of town into town.

Any character can teleport from outside town into town, Asuming they have an item which gives them their skill, your lucky you only lost Tals amulet .

anyways, the only time i got scammed from anni drop is when i dropped a gf for it, and a necro made an iron golem from it, watch out for necros if you're trading anni wit dem

Honestly, the anni grab is spreading like wildfire and everyone will soon have it.... the best way to prevent them from getting ur item is to drop a potion before u drop ur item to make sure, or to tell them to type one . because the d2loader is the program that loads the anni grab. there is also places that they cant tele like in the pallace in act 2 (check harlem first) and so on... just be sure to not drop ur item first lol Good Luck

actually its not the annigrab module that does the town teleporting

its the module tele by shady ownz (which is loaded through d2hackit)

It's called town teleport. It's a hack that let's you teleport even when you're in town. Pssh noobs.

lol? palace is the ONLY safe place to trade

and the pot thing? apparently you dont read blizzhackers or u would know shady updated the module to only grab annis, so if u dorp a potion, ill just stand and smile at u until u drop anni =)

overall, just kill him urself, hes really easy with fire resist 90 and some fire absorb...
