I'd say:

Str enough to wear your "enigma" armor;
Dex base, or enough to have max block with holy shield activated;
Ene base, you have Redemption to regain your mana and you can rely on a "caster" gear to increase it;
Vita all the rest.

i thk dex should be enough for 75 block with holy shield on. and u dont need any on mana. trust me. u will have around 500 mana if u wear sojs and others that boost ur mana when ur like lvl 70-80? other than that the rest looks great
