ok we am looking for two things:

1) how do you disable the mouse wheel

2) We are looking for a person to recreate arenas from Halo and Halo 2, i am doing it right now, but i don't have the time to recreate as many maps as i want, for i am so close to finishing the game engine.

Set a trigger that always view from that camera. You can lock it with a trigger, but you may not want to consider that.
