I'm wondering if blizzard knows that people on e-bay are selling blizzard data, and that those indeviduals that have item sites are doing the same. I'm also wondering if they know that the program titles are works of indeviduals, and not of the forums communities.

I wouldn't bet on that. We DO host hacks, alot or not, so we ARE technically at risk of getting... well... terimanted.

And we also used to support starcraft/warcraft hacks to. Even though thats no longer true I'm sure it counts for soemthing...
