PS; I just bought all 4 season DVD's of Batman: The Animated Series. And it's ****ing awesome. The Superman Series made in 1993 however...not so much.

Beast Wars went longer, but after the 3rd season it went to all hell.

G1 went for about 95 episodes. Three seasons + a 3episode 4th season. Beast Wars went for 52 episodes and 3 seasons. The it turned into Beast Machines, which went for 26 episodes and was terrible. Taht went to some shitty anime that lasted for like 39 eps, then to two more of them whihc I never watched.

But Beast Wars sucked after they went back to Cybertron.

I'm working on buying the DVD's for them. Just can't find them anywhere. Maybe they're not all out yet or something.

But I didn't watch it much on TV, cause I never got around to it before it was canned. Watched a good portion of JLA on youtube and such though. It's ok. Batman Beyond and JLU were better though from what I saw.

JLU was released weird. the first release had 2 seasons the second season was incomplete.

Beast wars was the shit... I remember when StarScream came back and got into bumblebee's body. Then took command over Megatron. THe fire ant was also the best.

It is true that once they went to cybertron the show lost interest.

Beast War had the most interesting version of Megatron, the most well develloped one. I also liked Tarantula, an interesting villain.

Rynox had the best weapons but used them maybe 5 or 6 times through the entire series...

I remember near the end of the earthly series there was this dome that optimus went into... was Unicron's spirit in that dome?

God I loved Beast Wars. I got to watch the show so very rarely, but god I collected the shit out of the figures.

Inferno WAS the shit, Static...but I liked Scorponok. =)

Optimal Optimus Primal was rockin' too. 4 different modes, Ape, Robot, Tank, and Aerial Tank. God that shit rocked.

And the coolest part about Beast Machines was how badass Cheetor looked. Transmetal 2 Cheetor was pretty badass too, but then again so was Dinobot.

Ahhhh, Dinobot. God I miss him. He was my favorite char on the show.
