Hacking and Bnet realms?

Ok, I been reading through this site and the various forums, but I can not decipher a clear answer. Can any of the Hacks be used with Bnet realms on their servers. Or, are these hacks only for single player games and games you serve yourself?

The only reason I am interested in this is because I can never find any good items on my own. I have a barb at level 93, with about 500% mf and Meph only gives me crap low level items. I feel like I am wasting my time.

The answer is yes and no, all of them can be used on single player (well pretty much) and OPEN battle.net (located in Other Multiplayer) SOME of the hacks can be used on Closed Battle.net realms, such as the ones that say B.Net hacks, and D2hackit and its modules. On the mewgood homepage, click on the link that sais b.net hacks, and all those should work, except if they have been patched (most has)

the answer is that they can be used on both but i dont know how to use them on bnet
