Hacked Items On Classic?

Just recieved word that some zon was using a 80-180 bow with 40 ias and a % chance to cast charged bolt on hit.

Now... I THINK that this whole %chance to cast won't work when you try to open your character on Open B.Net.. but Hell if I know..

Probably another myth... but has anyone else seen this? :|

Are you saying you don't think that a %chance to cast charged bolt stat on a bow in classic d2, open bnet would work?
If thats what you're saying, it works. Unless I misinterpreted what you're saying.
