It's a real-time RPG set in a massively multiplayer online environment, but it doesn't allow for multiplayer funcionality. In other words, is a singleplayer simulation of MMORPG gameplay. It, essentially, plays out like Diablo over the course of a 4-part series.

I'm on the fourth one. Getting virus cores are a bitch, though. I just have to get 4 J cores and 4 K cores, and I'm good through the rest of the game. ^^

Anyway, Sora is the best person in the game. ^^

but is there a way to get his type of blades? i curently have Assasin but i mmight want to change if it is any good

You get Sora's blades after you free Sora from Skeith's staff. I believe it is the second game. THey have the effect of Death +15 and it pwns. ^^ They are a level 34 blades. I currently have the Sublimer equipped. Level 99 Blades. ^^

Sora is level 99 and Crim is somewhere in the 80's. I think .hack//legent of the twilight comes out next year.

at the end of the series you want to have either blackrose, or elk in your team just because you do the most missions with them.

As soon as you get Balmung, your parties should usually consisit of Kite, Balmung, and Blackrose. You should make Kite the healer. Because it is easier that way. I preferred the party of Kite, Blackrose, Sanjuro or Mia in the begining.
