You have got to be kidding me. You want a program to make your own hacks? That's kinda oxymoronic... Anyways, why reinvent the wheel... here's a link to get you started on hacking...

The tutorial section there has alot of stuff as well. I believe Uniquely_Defined wrote a nice tutorial on the host hack in another thread on these forums...
