i have gloves exactly like it, byt mines gives 1 to all bow/xbow skillz
and has some more better attributes than that gay glove

That thing sux. I've thrown better zon gloves than that. the last one I got was 3% dual leech, 85 defense, with lvl2 inner sight and 10% increased attack speed. I sold it.
