H1N1 Global Pandemic Disease!

Good Day Everyone, im new here just want to be part of your community as for my troll today i havent seen any thread regarding w/ the health issue, so i decided to create a new topic for H1N1,

1.What are your thoughts about this Gloabal Pandemic Disease?

2.What are the ways you can do to prevent having this disease on you?

I think it's like anything else new but dangerous; it's being disregarded by most people and the results are casualties; this can happen with anything unchecked.

It's frequently been on the news since 1997, along with other variants such as H5N1 and other bird flu. Taking normal common sense precautions such as washing your hands frequently with antiseptic like Dettol, carrying alcohol wipes for times when the bathroom isn't conveniently available, wearing a surgical mask to prevent spread of germs when you're sick while staying at home to have minimal physical contact with others, and looking after yourself properly is enough.

Yup totally i agree, and of course u should eat well w/ healthy foods, exercise and good sleep for your body to be more healthy and stronhg.
