Gwen's Broken Flute?

I couldn't sell it at merchant though..

From what I have read here on battleforums and other forums I have come up with 2 possiblie answers to this, (1) it , allong with the cape and tapastriy (misspelled? who cares) will be used in a futrue quest (most likely) or (2) or its just a something to make people talk. mho might be wrong.
