Guys dont spawn

In my UMS map, i have a time set up, and when it reaches zero, i tell it to spawn a guy, and reset the timer. Then, when the guys is spawned, it is suposed to create 24 guys to run for each level, but it only works sometimes. I used the copy function of the editor to recreate each trigger, and then edited the triger for the new level, but sometimes it wont work. Any ideas would be really appreciated.

It probably has something to do with the condition of checking the timer to get to zero. I believe that when there is no timer action(timer showing in map) at all, the default is that the timer is set to zero or it could be that the timer turns itself off when it reaches zero before the other trigger can execute. This can either mean that your trigger, the one that has a condition for checking when the timer is zero, is set to run at the beginning of the game or it doesn't run at all because when the timer reaches zero, it turns off so there is no timer.
The 'for sure' way that it'll work is to set your condition to check when your timer is atleast 1 second and atmost 3 seconds.
But I THINK it might work if your trigger, the one has a condition for checking when the timer is zero, is placed before (moved up in the trigger list) the trigger that sets the timer.

Confusing?
