Guide on how to kill Meph without getting hit

This guide is meant for a meteor or blizzard sorc but can be done with any far casting/throwing/shooting character in the game with some modification(s).

1. Enter lvl 3 Durance and clear out some of the unique monsters
at the entrance way so that you have a safe path to work
with. (takes my pure fire sorc about 1min or less to do this)

2. Once cleared, teleport to the path that leads to the red portal.

3. Lead Meph back to the area at the portal and then teleport
to the path behind it.

4. Mephisto will remain in that area, as long as you remain in
yours

5. Position yourself so that mephisto is at the top portion of your
screen, just enough so that you can see his health bar when
the mouse is over him

6. Commence attacking, notice mephisto cannot retaliate.

7. Meph dies and you collect his drops.

heres my strat.....hit with f/o or something like that to slow him.....and then run around him like a chicken with its head cut off, randomly casting junk...which gets him done in less than 1 minute in hell

i fight meph face to face. even his ice ball attacks cant hurt me

seriously though killing those annoying bosses around meph take too much time2-3min, just go straight to meph and kill him

No need to even kill them, I lure them into another room and tele to meph, then I lure him to the portal and tele back and let him have it. Why even take the risk of getting killed by meph? I'd rather do it the easy way opposed to the hard way. Fight smarter.
