GJ SF, its a litle smarter 2 do more bosses then just sitt in the channel with delay .

My sorc can only kill Pindle unless I moat Meph and D2JSP doesn't use moating. I don't use a merc, never have never will.

Is there another way?

Dae's Multibot HAS got moating

([safe_meph]=true)

But I always hated it since

1) The evil council members will cast Hydras on you or even run up to you and smite you down =P
2) It doesn't work if you have a merc since he will run around attracting enemies.

I haven't tried the Dae's moat trick though I know it's there ... you could try it (or get a merc! )

NEVER! I've never used mercs..I tried one on a zon like 2 times and on a sorc once..never worked out good for me.

viz u got shitty gear then for your merc

my merc dies about once every 500 runs. get an a2 nm merc since they get more hp and str/dex if u lvl them up from low lvl to higher lvl. the merc for my blizz sorc can tank meph in hell while doing the moat trick (manual meph runs), though if he went up face to face with meph the poison kills him after 10 seconds until i give him a pot.

Shaft
Eagle
Gaze

Act 2 Merc:

Those are the only mercs I can remember ever having..thing is I just don't like leveling them up.

I always wanted an act1 merc ... but seing how "happy" you are with your act1 merc I think I'll stick to Razel, Fazel and Durga

If you're too lazy to lvl em up:

Start botting when you are lvl ~40 in nm, using multibot to kill shenk, eld and pindle, that way your nm merc will lvl along with ya to lvl 60 ... then you rush to hell and start botting there instead :]

Actually, there's a much better method to bot without realm down (if you don't want to kill more than one boss). I'll explain in depth...
Bnet logs every game creation attempt it receives from your IP.
If a number of creation attempts are received in a certain amount of time -> R/D (tada!)
BUT if you exit and rejoin bnet, the attempts RESET TO ZERO.
So basically you have to find out how to make Diablo II be closed and reopened after x time (the bot netter and I made has that feature, you can find it in the sticky (PindleSweeper) and it works pretty good ^^).
There's another way to do it using d2jsp assistant but it's a lil weird to configure, so you have those choices, do pindle or set up d2jsp assistant (or make a program yourself)

That's what I heard, too, and that's the reason why I use d2jsp assistant, however I have *heard* that some people still get r/d even if logging out between the runs ... Im too lazy to test it though.

Make sure that you are using auto_skill=true and that you have configured the right pre-casts (since it might try to cast ES even though you dont have it), also make sure that you have static. Is there any error message or doesn't anything happen at all? And you have to remove ZoiD pickit when using D2JSP.

Well ive been using d2jsp with Dae Multi for about 4 days now and im loving it. Its a great program n my compliments to the maker, althought it took me a while to set it up so my weak lvl 14 fire wall didnt attack meph... Meteor works with moat n its great. But a few things i wanted to bring up maybe some of u experienced.

1.When u use the moat, it has a tendancy not to attract mephisto's attention and my char is stuck there meteoring like a retard.

2.The R/D (realmdowns) have been very annoying... Can someone please tell me a number close to the 1 that is safe for botting and not getting dropped. At this moment I moat meph, pindle, and i am carefully using the glitched mausoleam where my sorc doesnt make it into the entrance... Im testing it at this moment and im on my 17th run without any problems.

Ancient Tunnels
Grisworld and his friends

I've found out that its enough to kill andy, meph and ancient tunnels and you will not get any R/D!

I use a Fire/Cold sorc with Holy Frost Merc LVL 90, no problems with one of these monsters

But i think that blizz will scotch this gap! But untill Blizz has any anti-software - Happy Botting!
