I am just wondering about the intelligent flame thing. How do you know that the flames are?

Could it just be it is what this boards level is? Or did you pay a outside person to evaluate them against a known standard?

Can you also expound on how a 13-18 year old is mature and compare this boards standard verus the established standards generally used in the US?

Intelligent flaming? I think there is really no such thing. Flaming is pretty much the same thing no matter how you look at it.
