Holy crap, it's true, Galatia beat TrongaMonga! And I lost a bet.

What's astonishing is that Greece were once 150-1 outsiders to win and now they beat Portugal, a relative powerhouse in the world.

This is one Euro 2004 a lot of gamblers would love to forget.

I cant believe it! I was for Greece the first match but, frankly said Galatia, I was for Portugal in the final match. They played with the wish to win, to score a goal when Greece were already leading with 0:1. The diserved it. But you made the nice goal so.. congratulations on taking the Euro cup. =\

If Portugal had won, some guy would have won US$438,000, did you know? It was a Singaporean.

Unfortunately, even if they did win he wouldn't be able to claim the winnings - gambling is illegal in Singapore.

I know a lot of people lost bets because of Greece. If the world economy slows because of it, we blame Greece winning Euro 2004 because of the losses.
