Well I was browsing around for a drop hack just after one was used on me, and I happen to come to this website. Yes, I was leeching... Well I managed to find one, and I thought I'd post it so I wouldn't be such a lil leecher. Heres a link to the page its on (sorry if this is against rules, wasnt sure at the time of posting):
Jiggy Drop Hack
It is just a dll file so you will need a loader. I recommend ZLoader. You can get that with another really nice hack, Oblivion. Its got so many features, it can't be missing any really (except for drop hack -_-). So heres a great pack:
