yea there both good everytime when i make a spirit shield its 25-28 fcr and i just give them to my newb friends but i newsually dont use monarch for it because higher D and Str i just use it for a newbie sheild and for a lower levlel. but htose are nice

MrBret, I dont mean to show off, but I'm actually looking to trade for other stuff, mostly more monarchs.

Veg, the reason I use monarch is for the lower str req. that way, if I dont have +str charms or items, I wont need to add more then about 100 to str.

Also I didn't make my spirits untill My char was like 85 or 86, so I have a feeling that lvl may have to do with it.

My pally is 85 and i made 3, only the 3rd one was 30+

The elite shields that can have 4 soc are in order from least str req. to most: Monarch(156), Ward(185), and Aegis(219).
