Who the hell talks to people using a chat program during online gaming? Buy a microphone and download Ventrilo.

The only purpose of having Xfire is to log how long you've played.. and that's no big deal, since any C++ or VB junkie could make a program that does that.

The problem with Ventrilo is that it lags. Xfire does not lag, and really does not disturb the game as much as Ventrilo does. That means it does not.

I only use Xfire to record how long I've played StarCraft. Otherwise, I hardly ever use the IM capabilities of the program itself, and I occasinally glance at the users list to see what everyone is playing, out of BOREDOM! But I like Ventrilo too! It foes tend to lag, but then again my internet is really crappy so that is probably why. ^.^

I don't like Xfire. I think it's just another way of geting virus and stuff...
