I have copied this off diabloii.net:
We're still getting tons of mails from people having problems playing on the realms, especially on USEast. A couple of players have suggested that you sit in the Bnet chat for a moment before joining or creating a game, and said that if you do, you're less likely to be disconnected. Blizzard is implementing various measures to try and stop or slow the hordes of bots people are clogging up the realms with, and these seem to be based on how long your character is in a game or in chat before a game or how many games they create in a row. Taking things slowly seems to lower your odds of being booted.
You can set the time in an ini file right but where any1 knows?
And for how long? 1,5 min ,2 min?
