hire a lawyer? unless your in judge judy cort X_X just try to be sincere and truthful, judges and juries like to see that in people. redemption can be favorable...

i have no idea ... i have to go there cuz i didnt pay my speeding ticket... i had the choice to pay or go to court .. and i chose court cuz i was wrongfully ticketd

just dress up in a suit and dont be a jackass about it. dont go in skater clothes and expect to get off :-/ if you go dressed up in a fine dress suit...your chances of getting off go up a lot. then what you do is get like 20 people you know to sign something saying that your a responsible driver and safe....not just 20 kids u hang out with daily, 20 adults....10-20, hell, 5 is probably good enough.

I'm not sure you need an attorney for something like this...I don't think it's a felony up in Canadia, so an attorney isn't really necessary, I don't think. What TBS said is a good idea- get a few adults to stand in your defense, and the judge will let you off, as your probably not appearing before a jury- just before a traffic judge of some sort.

Go there dressed in a complet white suite. Its winner. Amd your opening statement should be something along the line of "Ma'am, I've been pimpin' our youth a lot longer than you, so let me tell ya a litle story about how money really work in this world..."

Nah, seriously, just take the advices given above, and keep in mind that, if you really can get away with that speed ticket, you will. Or, if there is nothing that can be done, dont do anything. So there is nothing to worry.

If it's just a speeding ticket it shouldn't be too bad. If you even impress the judge, he might lower the fine by about 20-30 bucks. Or just kick you out of there with your ticket stapled onto your ass. Either way, its a win win situation- depending on how many staples you get in your butt...

How can you be wrongfully ticketed for a speeding ticket. If you were going even .01 mph over the speed limit, you can legally be ticketed. Who cares if it was a speed trap, the laws the law.

Not that I'm standing up for the cops, but it's pretty stupid to protest a speeding ticket, unless you're one of those concieted assholes who thinks your above the law.

technically your supposed to be given a leanancy of 10 miles above or 10 miles below(10 or 5...) the speed limit before they are able to give you a speed limit...or thats what i have been told...

i was commin from the lake at like 11:30 pm and i was goin pretty fast i guess ... he said i was doin 130 ... but according to my spedometer i was doin 100 ... and we checked it with the gps and it said at 80-85 km i was actuallyu doin 100
