Ok im planning to make a zealerdin and im wondering if this would be a good idea. Instead of maxing out FANAT i max CONC. and use Beast Zerker. I've never seen anyone do this b4 but is this any good cuz CONC. adds massive dmg i think....

Is death cleaver deadly strike zealer any good at all?

Are any of thse any good or should i just use doom or ebotd zerk.

death cleaver is awesome

doom seems fine

but heres another solution:

-you max out Fanat
-You get the item that gives conc to your merc (I think its runeword "pride", not sure)
-And you use ebotd zerk.
