Glitch?

Today something weird happened,
I was in nightmare mode with my hammerdin. I was doing baal for the quest, and during the end animation my computer froze up and I got an error.
I restarted it, and got back on. When I got in a hell game, somehow i had already beaten act 1 with a few quests done, including den of evil, which I never got my skill point for. Does anyone know what happened?

This is one of the bugs that happens to Paladin users, Im assuming its the aura you have on as a skill, not the auras from the items, it happens in any difficulties, j/k but thats really odd and weriod
