Ghosts and thats Mystical Sheez...

Who believes in this type of stuff? Such as Ghosts and mystical creatures(like poltergest or h/e you spell it.) And if you do, have you ever had anything happen to you with a ghost or Mystical Creatue?

Well, I believe in Ghosts. Always have always will. I also believe in haunted houses and all that fun stuff. First thing that got me to believe in it though was when me and my good friend shannon at the age of 7 and 10 were sitting in my living room, home alone. Well, we kept looking at the TV and the TV went to black and white. Well, when it did that, all the black left the white and pretty much formed a hand... Then we heard like some very dim music in my attic and some very soft voices, then a chill up my spine came and I was really cold... So that is the first thing that got me to believe in ghosts...

Have had other experiences as well...

Musta been scary for you Amaty. At nighttime, sometimes I see and hear somethings, but it could be the fact that I am tired. When I walk in my hallway at night, sometimes I see things, or feel things grabbing my legs My hallway is just creepy for some reason though....I probally imagine all of this.

heh i belive in ghost...i remember one time i was with me and my friend and (i was bout 10.....8 years ago)i dont really remeber why we was going to my room but there like a hall way to go into my room so we walked and my door was open and we both stoped( my door is walsy open) and it felt like something was sucking us in the room from like the inside thenw e ran out and went to my sister and got a jesus cross form here and entered the room and everything was normal and we both felt the same thing.....and sometimes at night wen i lived there i used to see like shadow figuers from the corner of my eye.......

I belive in Ghosts and Spirits. Ive never had an actual encounter, not personally, however my mother has and accidently got it on tape with her old video camera.

(I wasnt borne yet, this was in the mid-late 80's)
My mom's mother was dying (cancer, never told what type) and was in a hospital somewhere near Simi Vally California. My mom and her brothers/sisters went one day to see her. They brought there video camera (It used cassets to record, I'm not sure if you'd call it a tape recorder or not) so they could use the rest of the casset left for there mother. Around 15 minutes through the electricity goes out. Everyones panicking vecause there afriad this will cause there mother to die. One of them sets the recorder down on a tabel and tries to call a nurse. Shortly after, the power came back on and sadly...there mother, my grandmother, died. However, they didnt actually find out untill they viewed the tape at home, on the mirror was the exact figure of my grandmother waving at them. Nobody could explain it...

Granted its not a terrifying one, rather a happy and tearful encounter. I'll always remember watching it.

I started to believe in ghosts when I kept on hearing this music or something while I was lying in bed. The sound was clear, but when I got up and sat up there was no sound at all. Probably just my ears. Plus one morning I saw a weird blue-tinted figure that looked like the black guy from those 1-800 collect commercials. Probably just because I get dizzy after I wake up. Nothing that couldn't be explained happened to me. I just believe in ghosts because I'm a gullible fool

my family friends have told me stories of their house having a ghost and that was one of the reasons they moved out. the house by a appearance looked haunted as well. it was an old town house in nyc that was built in the 1800's.. i believed it

even if i didnt hear the story i still believe in ghosts .. i dont believe in creatures like the boogyman aka child stories
