Getting the keys for the special bosses?

So my question is do I have to kill the Countess/Summoner/Nih on Hell in order to get a chance them dropping the keys or I can try on Normal and NM too.

Anyway. yes you can only get it from hell mode. Be advised. the first boss is Uber Izual. Hes a bitch for casters. What kind of char you got?

I started with the easiest one-Hammerdin. He is my highest char at the moment (lvl 85). I still need to get him good gloves/amu/belt and rings and I'll try to face the secret boss.

Yeah, you cant kill Izzy with a hammy. Trust me ive tried. I have to get my merc to do the work. If you have a strong melee char. He is the best for the job.
