Getting an old BF account back?

umm yeah... is there anyway to get an OLD OLD name back? I don't remember the pass for it and signed up with my AOL e-mail which was canceled when i got comcast... i AM XanDeR and i need to know if theres another way to get my pass back... PM me PLEASE!!!
