I just saw it last night. It was f***ing amazing. I was surprised it wasn't more crowded on opening night (for Santa Clara at least).

I now have a newfound respect for Natalie Portman as an actress.

alrighty!
plot:There's this guy (a major tv actor) who has stayed away from home since high school. Before that, when he was little he pushed his mother out of frusteration because she was always depressed and she was disabled for the rest of her life. So his father pumped him up on lithium and he's generally not very emotional because of this. Back to the present, he finds out his mother dies so he has to go back home. Back home he decides to go off the drugs and he randomly meets this girl who changes his life, makes him feel again and he discovers more about himself within few weeks than he has in his entire life.

Hmm, sounds like a pretty good movie.

I might just have to go and see it.

yes, it's not really the plot that makes it interesting, it's more of the way it's directed and the acting...

I guess that's how most sundance films are.

I have never heard of that movie, the name makes it sound really stupid.
