Post the comptuer you play your games on! I am really bored. My "Gaming" computer hasn't gotten alot of attention, I have focused on my other computers of late.

Pentium 4 CPU 2.80GHz
2.78 GHz
2x512mb sticks of DDR Ram
128 DDR Radeon 9700 TX w/TV-Out

P4 2.2ghz 400FSB
768 MB PC2100 RAM
XTASY ATI Radeon 9100 Pro(128MB, PCI)

I'm going to get a new PC soon though. I'm waiting to see whats going on with the new line of procesors(Venice core from AMD especially).

But the computer I'm planning to buy:
AMD S939 A64 3000-3500
Nvidia 6600 GT - 6800 NU

You would need around $ 1000.00 US to get a new one.(Including monitor) You can also upgrade for much less, or go for a cheap-gamer PC.

Yea i was curious how much it costs to upgrade to something like that. Im a pretty poor kid so i dont have a ton of money so I would have to do it step by step, and in that case, what would you suggest first?

I don't know, I didn't think Graphics cards even were made to fit in PCI slots anymore.

Well, recently I found out that my motherboard is crap and it overclocks my memory if I run my comp at default speeds.

What I have:
AMD Athlon XP 2700+ 2.1 ghz
512 mhz ocz pc2700 ddr ram
radeon 9800 pro 128mb
80 gig hard drive
crappy case.

BUT since I had to downclock my FSB from 166mhz to 133mhz to stableize everything im now running at
1.73 ghz (My comp thinks its a 2100+ now :-/)
and the memory runs slower :(

That's damn near exactly what I got, 'cept my Vid card is a Radeon All-In-Wonders, same memory size though.
