Gaming laptop: LOL?

I am planning on buying the HP Pavilion zx5020 (512MB, 40GB, 15,4 TFT wide) laptop but it comes with a ATI Mobility Radeon 9200 64MB video card. Is it too bad, dear Doctors D)?
Can this laptop survive my endless Baalruns?

With my 8mb card on my ancient laptop I can only play in Act1 with two players. Anything more than that freezes it...

D2 should run just fine. Even newer games SHOULD work, I just don't trust laptops very much =\ They never seem to preform quite as well as a desktop would...but when it comes to D2, almost anything will work.

well aleinware makes gaming laptops

+ pending on the type of person u are and the amount of money u got to spend... i would look at macs they have some other the best laptops ... but its a mac

Considering it is OK for UT2k4, I do not see why not.

Though you may want to get a 128MB card just in case.

one thing you may want to take into consideration is heat. Are you goign to be using this labtop on your LAP alot? more high end machines for gaming expell alot of heat which blows big time.

That thing out does my pc. It sure wasn't desighned to spell check 40% faster.

but like silicon says cooling is the only problem.

yea if ur going with a mac or alientware... i suggest no playing on ur lap... u will get burnt, no joke =/ but its worth it

In My opinion get a cheap lap top with a 16 mb video card 1.8 GHz 256-512 Ram and get a expensive desktop.

It will be fine, for most current games (on mid or low details). Just don't expect to be getting anything draw dropping details on a game like far cry. However I have a few questions. What kind of RAM is it? And do you have to have a lapotop? Gaming on a desktop is a much better thing.

I don't really get that whole "gaming on a laptop thing, but Dell has a pretty good line of laptops from what I hear. Gateway seems to be good too.

i warmed my hands my aunts laptop i left on over a nite cus they were cold. hehe
