It is done by using a hex editor and adding the color code to the game title, and is very ill advised. Games like that are tagged, and monitored. Messing with server side information is against the T.O.S. you agree to when creating your account, constant offenders to that are entitled to having there cdkey, and or account banned. The colors are not worth it.

Indeed. Thanks for telling me. I wasn't about to do it - I quit diablo II a while ago. Got to be rediculous, with too many overpowered items. But anyways. Thanks again.

The guy who made it posted it here like 4-5 months ago i think. i never used it cause it's just an easy way to get banned from bnet for some stupid reason.
